Stop Playing Games With Bilingual

My intention was that English should be learned in that way in the morning, and that Kunwinjku should be taught as a subject in its own right in the afternoon. I wanted to launch a policy (for the first time in Territory history) which would prioritise the teaching of Aboriginal languages as subjects in their own right throughout the whole of a student’s education, not just during the first five years of schooling.
