Scarborough monument to honour many languages spoken in Canada

Confederation Park may soon be host to a monument honouring the hundreds of tongues now spoken in Canada. Fittingly, the park is just west of Scarborough's Woburn neighbourhood, which was home to more recent immigrants from 2001 to 2006 than any other spot in the City of Toronto.
