“Russian, but not English still remains an international language for Kyrgyzstan,” the president for transitional period Roza Otunbayeva stated at today’s conference “Language policy in Kyrgyzstan’s education: analysis of the situation, the prospects of multilingual education”. According to her, the Kyrgyz, Russian, Uzbek languages have the equal correlation in the republic.
