Resurrection of Kashmiri Language

Recently a renowned freelance journalist of Doda, Zakir Malik Bhalessi has brought to light the pathetic situation of Kashmiri language in Rajouri-Poonch. According to him, only 50% of Kashmiri families in this belt can speak and understand this language and rest, instead of their mother-tongue, speak other local languages because of composite culture in these twin border districts.
