National Assembly for Wales breaks its own law on Welsh language, says inquiry

THE National Assembly was accused yesterday of breaching its own laws on the Welsh language. Regulators, the Welsh Language Board (WLB), ruled the Assembly Commission, which runs the Senedd and AMs’ services, had failed to honour its statutory language scheme, by not publishing a fully bilingual record of proceedings.
